Rony Ganon

Rony is a project manager with over 10 years of experience delivering complex projects and working closely with senior stakeholders. At Innovate BC, she leads the project management of the Web Summit Vancouver initiative, collaborating closely with internal and external partners to drive planning and execution while also supporting the project’s operational requirements.

Before joining Innovate BC, Rony led cross-functional teams and high-volume project portfolios, building effective processes and guiding work through demanding timelines with clarity and care. Rony holds an Advanced Project Management Certificate from Langara College and a combined bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from the University of British Columbia.
