Program Specialist
Parisa Roofigari is a Program Specialist at Innovate BC, driving the development and delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) programs alongside her team. She plays a key role in advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen British Columbia’s innovation ecosystem through inclusive collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and thoughtful program design.
With over six years of experience in the nonprofit and entrepreneurship sectors, Parisa has supported early-stage founders through business planning, market research, and community-building initiatives. Prior to Innovate BC, she led a women-focused entrepreneurship program, coaching over 70 founders and launching initiatives that fostered strong entrepreneurial networks. She brings a foundation in global resource systems and social innovation, and is passionate about using research, strategic thinking, and innovative problem-solving to help founders thrive.
