Julia Klymenko

Julia is a connector and systems thinker who has spent her career building bridges between people, sectors, and ideas. From leading provincial youth workforce programs to working across post-secondary, non-profit, government, and industry, she has developed a deep, practical understanding of how BC's systems work and the relationships that hold them together.

As Ecosystem Manager at Innovate BC, Julia works across the full breadth of BC's innovation ecosystem to understand what people are building and what they need from the system. She brings that feedback forward, bridges gaps, and connects the right people and programs at the right time. Julia is committed to making BC's innovation ecosystem more accessible, more connected, and more reflective of the communities it exists to serve.
