Katherinne Squella is a Program Specialist at Innovate BC, where she drives the development and delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) programs. In this role, she plays a key part in advancing strategic initiatives that strengthen British Columbia’s innovation ecosystem through inclusive collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and thoughtful program design.
With over 7 years of experience in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem across Latin America, Katherinne has worked across public and private sectors to support early-stage startups, guide social impact initiatives, and build resilient innovation networks. Her background in Engineering and Business Administration, has equipped her to lead multidisciplinary projects and deliver data-driven solutions.
Previously at UDD Ventures in Chile, Katherinne managed funding programs, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement for tech founders. She has also excelled in creating and managing scouting processes, connecting entrepreneurs with corporate partners, and fostering collaborations that drive startup growth.
