Christine Albrecht

Christine is an accomplished senior administrative professional with nearly 20 years of experience in executive operations and administrative support. As Innovate BC’s Head of Executive Operations, Christine is responsible for maintaining a high level of executive support to the CEO, coordinating priority issues, managing corporate and strategic deliverables for the Board and senior executives, and providing strategic direction on projects and administrative processes.

Prior to joining Innovate BC in November of 2024, she spent over 12 years working primarily with Deputy Ministers and Assistant Deputy Ministers in the BC Government. Her extensive experience includes roles such as Manager of Executive Operations at the Ministry of Emergency Management & Climate Readiness, Issues Manager at the Ministry of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation, and Manager of Divisional Operations at the Ministry of Jobs, Economic Recovery and Innovation.

Christine is known for her ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion. She has a strong proficiency in various computer applications and government policies and her career is marked by her proactive problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and dedication to supporting executive leadership in achieving their goals.
