Atefeh leads the development and execution of Innovate BC’s data and Digital Transformation strategy, aligning it with the organization's business goals and objectives. She oversees data and technology management initiatives, ensuring they drive operational efficiency and develop key insights to support the larger innovation ecosystem.

With deep expertise in technology management, Atefeh brings a robust consulting and research background to her role. She excels at identifying the root causes of technology challenges and devising strategic solutions to address them.

Atefeh holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Management Information Systems from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
